Know how you feel
(and why you feel this way)

                  Say how you feel
                   (to your self - or to the another person)

Do something about how you feel


               but don't hurt anyone,



         including yourself.



If you are angry with someone it is OK to tell them - kindly.
Remember ...

Feelings are good,

but sometimes they may lead us to do bad things,
so it is best to be the boss of your feelings

instead of them being boss of you.
