When you get worried


Although you may feel bad,

feeling worried or scared is not a bad thing.
It often helps us to be careful.


  • Find someone you trust that you can talk to.

  • Tell them how you feel and what makes you feel that way.

  • Remember - nothing is so bad that you can't talk about it.

Worries don't like being talked about,

because it often makes them go away.

  • Try to think of good and positive things, to get your mind off your worries.


  • Find things that bring your smile back
