When you get worried
Although you may feel bad,
feeling worried or scared is not a bad thing.
It often helps us to be careful.
Find someone you trust that you can talk to.
Tell them how you feel and what makes you feel that way.
Remember - nothing is so bad that you can't talk about it.
Worries don't like being talked about,
because it often makes them go away.
Try to think of good and positive things, to get your mind off your worries.
Find things that bring your smile back
