Rebuilding a friendship
Sometimes we let our friendships fall apart by the things we say and do to each other.
There are ways to rebuild those friendships, but it takes courage.
Here are some ideas:
Talk to each other - (this is a good place to start).
Say how you feel, be honest & use "I messages" (I feel...)
Listen to each other's feelings.
Say sorry, even if you feel that it is mostly not your fault.
Forgive each other - (don't bring up the past after that).
Rebuild trust - (a little bit at a time).
Play together again.
