How to heal hurts
Give it time ... things will turn out okay

It’s OK to cry ... in fact it’s good to cry
Don’t forget to laugh too (find things to laugh at)
It’s OK to be angry, but don't let that anger get the better of you.
Talk with people who care about your pain
It may help to write or draw your thoughts and feelings (you could keep a journal)
Do things again ... a little bit at a time
