Terms & Conditions

Orders can be made by phone, fax, email, via the website, or in person at the BUZ office
We only provide invoices to approved individuals, schools and organisations in Australia
All invoices sent by Nurture Works are in Australian dollars
All invoice payments to be made within 14 days of invoice issue date
All personal and overseas orders must be paid for ‘up-front’ at the time of purchase—in Australian dollars (please include postage and handling)
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via Paypal online
Official purchase order numbers must accompany orders when purchasing on behalf of schools, businesses or organisations.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from Nurture Works you may return it in ‘a saleable condition’ within 30 days of the invoice date. We will refund the cost of the materials returned. When returning items please include a copy of the invoice. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Defective items will be replaced or the purchase price (including shipping and handling) refunded.
