How to be Boss of Your Feelings

(and why you feel this way)
Say how you feel
(to your self - pr another person)
Do someting about how you feel
(but don't hurt anyone, including yourself)
If you are angry with someone it is OK to tell them - kindly.
Remember ... Feelings are good, but sometimes they may lead us to do bad things.
So it is best to be the boss of your feelings instead of them being a boss of you.
